Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Request Process

Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method after verification.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

5–7 business days for UPI, Wallet, and Bank Transfer payments

7–10 business days for Credit/Debit Card transactions
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Bandookwala may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will be shipped only after the original issue has been verified and approved.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:

Limitation of Liability
